If you’re looking for great jazz, you’ve got to make a bee-line to Heidi’s Jazz Club this month.

This weekend it’s the one and only Stephanie Nakasian who performs Friday and Saturday with Terry Myers and pianist Ron Mills. These are top names and they’re here.

Other greats coming to town this month include:

Vocalist Ronnie Leigh who performs 8:30 p.m. march 9 and 8 p.m. March 10. Leigh is the Jazz in the City founder and artistic director. He shared the stage with The Drifters, Pat Matheney, The Yellow Jackets, Spyro Gyra, David Sanborn, Etta Jones and many more.

Vocalist Hella performs March 17, 24 and 31. Sybil Gage performs Thursdays and Steve Kirsner and Friends perform Wednesdays.

“March is especially good because it’s so good up north and they’re all touring Florida,” Heidi said. “I know their itinerary so I know who comes through.”
