Auditions in the middle of summer? Oh yes..that’s how much the theater scene has grown in Brevard. You’ve got a chance to audition for two terrific shows — an enchanting musical and a great comedy. Read on…

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at Titusville Playhouse. Auditions are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 13 and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 14. Needed are boys 7 to 10 years and adults 15 years and older. VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE at Melbourne Civic Theatre. Auditions are scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday, June 12 and Monday, June 13. Needed are 13 women. It performs Oct. 21 to 30.
