Yes. It’s about three weeks away, but with the holidays approaching and your schedule filling up fast, make sure you make time for Art Basel Miami.
And other than heading down there in a caravan of cars with other art lovers for a heady weekend, the most fun way should be on the Eau Gallie Arts District’s third annual “Basel Bus.”

You’ll have from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. to enjoy the annual art show and all the satellite shows that have sprung up around South Beach.
The ride there will no doubt be a “jolly” one, filled with like-minded art lovers. Hook up with a new friend for lunch. Get your fill of art and “the artsy.” As Lisa Packard of the Eau Gallie Arts District says “It’s the greatest collection of creativity you can absorb in a day.”
Ticket prices begin at $30 for Brevard County art teachers, $50 for EGAD members and $60 for the general public. Adults only. Call 321-574-2737 or email info@eaugalliearts.com.
And…would you please tell Lisa that you read about this on Brevard Culture…
