Cocoa Beach’s own Sally Hart will perform Saturday with Terry Myers at Heidi’s Jazz Club.

This is the perfect holiday escape with your special person…or even by yourself because you’ll meet no strangers at Heidi’s Jazz Club, a rare and sophisticated locale and one of my very favorite spots.

Ms. Hart is one special chanteuse. While she used to sing on the Lawrence Welk Show, she brings a youthful sweetness to the stage as she works the room like the pro she is.

At Heidi’s Jazz Club, you can order from the exquisite bar menu and enjoy a couple of drinks and listen to some faboo jazz by the terrific house musicians — the Ron Teixeira Trio.

BTW, that “bar menu” (I hate calling it that) has been prepared by executive chef Edmund Deleuil, a “master chef” by la Chaine des Rotisseurs. The selections are delicious…be sure to order the soup.
