THE KING CENTER’S Summer Musical Theatre Project is about to get busy as anything.

Auditions begin June 11 for two camps. Auditions for a third camp will be held June 28.

Here’s wazzup:

Kids Club Session 1 will work on “Disney’s Aladdin Jr.” The program runs 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 11 to 22. Auditions will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 11. The program culminates with performances June 22 to 24.

Kids Club Session 2 will work with a Children’s Choir on “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” The program runs 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. July 2 to 13. Auditions will be 9:30 a.m. June 28. The choir will then perform onstage with an older cast July 13 – 15.

Summer Intensive is designed for ages 13 to 21 years. This summer, it will work on “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. June 11 to July 13. Auditions will be held 12:30 p.m. June 11. The program culminates with a mainstage production July 12 to 15.

Tuition is $325 and includes a program T-shirt, costume and rehearsal materials, two complimentary tickets to the production you registered for, two complimentary tickets to the Cocoa Village Playhouse season announcement party.
