First of all…you’re simply going to have to leave way ahead of time if you want to find parking during what has grown into a weekend long drinkin’ and carousin’ celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. But with some of these beautiful shows being offered, it’s worth the trouble.

Theater:
PETER AND THE STARCATCHER runs through March 25 at the Henegar Center. This is a highly anticipated production. HEIDI’S JAZZ CLUB presents Steve Kirsner with the Ron Teixeira Trio 8:30 p.m. tonight and Hella 8 p.m. Saturday. CODED COUTURE runs through April 28 at the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts. The interactive exhibition explores the idea of customized fashion in the digital age.
